MICROTEC System for Fixed Assets deals with fixed assets of different types and groups since their acquisition until scrapping, and provides all reports and accurate information about the entity assets and their integration and connection with MICROTEC System for General Accounts.
The Advantages:
- Full information of every asset including the acquisition price, acquisition date, useful life, avenue and the asset photo too, and dealing therewith by barcode system, if needed.
- Follow up assets movement including personnel receipt and delivery, to identify the personnel custody, and also follow up the coming appointments of asset maintenance.
- Asset depreciation whether on a daily, monthly or annual basis at the level of an asset or all assets.
- Follow up assets’ additions and disposals, and the possibility of distribution of depreciation over projects or cost centers.
- Disposal of unserviceable assets.
- Asset raising whether by addition to the asset value or useful life.
- Link an asset to another one, until depreciated, sold or scrapped together.
